This policy explains how fortressticker ("we") collects, handles and secures your personal data across our site and the Services. We act as data controller for that information.
What we collect. Identity and contact data and comparable identifiers plus verification files mandated by law. Also collected: execution and account history, device logs and helpdesk threads. For EU/UK users: contract fulfilment, legal duty, legitimate interest.
Use of data. Running your account, settling trades, meeting regulation, fighting fraud, and securing systems, plus consent-based product emails with an instant opt-out.
Sharing. Data goes only to operating vendors (custodial, payment, identity), regulators on lawful demand, and anonymised analytics. No sale of personal data.
Retention & security. Retention lasts through the account life plus statutory periods (often five to seven years for trades). Security: AES-256 at rest plus TLS 1.3 in transit and ISO 27001-audited access governance.
Rights. Viewing, correction, export, deletion and objection rights can be exercised by emailing [email protected]. Replies respect statutory deadlines.
